Laser
diode pumps in the 635 - 1750 nm spectral region are required for
manufacturing, scientific, medical and other applications, in particular for
optical pumping of fibre
devices based on rare-earth doped double clad fibres.
Single emitter laser
diodes from Milon Laser are based on
state of the art technology of highly reliable single stripe laser diodes with life-time
exceeding 100,000 hours and can operate without TE cooling at ambient temperatures
exceeding 60° C.
